What we collect
We collect the minimum data required to deliver interpretation sessions and operate the service: account identifiers, organisation affiliation, session metadata (language pair, mode, duration, time), and — where consented — session recordings for quality review. We do not collect content from sessions by default.
How we use it
Personal data is used to authenticate users, route requests to qualified interpreters, generate invoices and audit logs, and to comply with statutory obligations (NHS DSPT, HIPAA, GDPR record-keeping). It is not used for marketing or advertising profiling.
Sharing
Data is shared with the interpreter assigned to your session, your organisation's billing contact, and infrastructure sub-processors (AWS, Cloudflare, Jitsi). A current sub-processor list is available on request. Cross-border transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability under GDPR / UK GDPR. Requests via [email protected] receive a substantive response within 30 calendar days.
