This document is being prepared. For immediate inquiries, contact [email protected].

Our commitment

OndLingua Ltd. is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain, in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We treat dignity, fair pay, and lawful working conditions as non-negotiable.

Risk areas

We have assessed our supply chain — cloud infrastructure, payment processors, hardware vendors, language professionals, and back-office services — and consider the residual risk of modern slavery low. Higher-risk geographies are subject to enhanced supplier due diligence.

Due diligence

Suppliers and interpreters complete a screening questionnaire on onboarding and recommit annually. Interpreter pay is benchmarked above market floor, paid weekly in local currency, with no agency middleman.

Training

All employees complete a short modern-slavery awareness module on joining and annually thereafter. Procurement and people teams complete an extended module covering red flags and escalation routes.

Reporting

Concerns can be raised confidentially through [email protected] or through the independent whistleblowing channel disclosed in the employee handbook. Reports are reviewed within five working days; retaliation against reporters is grounds for dismissal.
