Net Zero Commitment
ONDLINGUA LTD is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 for its UK operations. The commitment covers our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and the following Scope 3 categories: upstream transportation and distribution, downstream transportation and distribution, waste generated in operations, business travel, and employee commuting.
This commitment was approved by the Director, Mustafa Görkem Şen, on 6 October 2026.
How we work today
- We are a small, digital-first company. Interpreting sessions run in the browser on our own video bridge, so a client can choose remote delivery and avoid interpreter travel where it suits the appointment.
- For on-site work, travel is recorded as its own line on each booking, so our clients can see it.
- We work with minimal paper and will dispose of electronic equipment responsibly under the WEEE regulations.
What comes next
- We will measure our emissions from our first full year of trading, 2027. We do not publish figures we have not measured.
- We will publish a Carbon Reduction Plan to NHS England's requirements, with our measured baseline and reduction targets, and update it every year.
- We will review this commitment at least once a year.
