How we use what you send. ONDLINGUA LTD (company no. 17283866, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London) is the controller for this enquiry. We collect your name, work email, organisation and sector, your phone number if you give one, and anything you add about languages, timing and the service you need, so that we can answer you; our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries made to us. Your enquiry is stored as a record, goes by email to our enquiries mailbox, and is acknowledged to you by email. The copy in our server log is deleted within a month, and an enquiry that does not lead to a contract is kept for no longer than 24 months. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be corrected or deleted, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact [email protected].
