Standards that protect everyone.

Six baseline requirements. Specialty work may add language- or sector-specific qualifications on top.

  • Certification: NRPSI / DPSI · NAJIT · ATA · AIIC · or recognised equivalent
  • Enhanced background check — we cover the application fee
  • Native or near-native proficiency in source and target languages
  • Specialty experience in at least one sector
  • Reliable internet · headset · quiet workspace
  • Right to work in your billing country

What the bench asks first.

  • 01

    How are jobs allocated?

    A fourteen-factor router scores availability, language fit, specialty, accent, time-zone and prior client history. You set availability and accept or decline incoming jobs in-app.

  • 02

    How and when am I paid?

    Weekly automated invoicing in your local currency. PAYE in the UK (optional), self-employed elsewhere. Faster Payments / SEPA / ACH; no agency middleman.

  • 03

    Is onboarding paid?

    Yes. Two paid orientation sessions and a graded assessment. CPD modules in-app — each verified module pays into your wallet.

  • 04

    Can I work from anywhere?

    Yes, as long as your jurisdiction permits and the workspace meets our quality bar (quiet, no background, headset). Specialty jobs may require an in-region interpreter for legal reasons.
