Service description
OndLingua provides on-demand professional interpretation in 300+ languages through phone, video, and scheduled session modes. Service availability, response-time SLAs, and supported sectors are defined in the customer's order form.
Eligibility
The portals are available to authorised personnel of contracted organisations (clinicians, caseworkers, booking officers) and to interpreters who have completed the OndLingua onboarding and credential checks. Individual consumer use is not supported.
Acceptable use
Users must not share access credentials, attempt to intercept sessions, transmit unlawful content, or use the service to harass or defraud. Sessions are subject to audit. Misuse may result in immediate suspension and notification to the customer's contract owner.
Liability
OndLingua's aggregate liability for any matter arising out of the service is capped in accordance with the master services agreement. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, save where local consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
